These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from ArtOlive Ltd and explain the terms on which we supply our products to customers in the United Kingdom.

Our products
We sell Italian extra virgin olive oil sourced from Puglia, Italy. We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, quantities and other information shown on our website are accurate.
Product packaging, labels and appearance may occasionally vary slightly from images displayed on the website without affecting the nature of the product.
Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. The price payable for a product will be the price shown at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown clearly before the order is completed.
Orders
After an order is placed, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout. We reserve the right not to accept an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing or description error has occurred.
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed securely by a third-party payment provider.
ArtOlive does not need to receive or store your full payment card details.
Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown on our Delivery page and, where applicable, during the ordering process.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays affecting postal services or couriers.
Cancellations and returns
If you purchase online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to any applicable legal exceptions. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within this period.
Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you should return the goods within a further 14 days in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Where the cancellation right applies, any refund due will include the cost of standard delivery in accordance with applicable law.
For change-of-mind returns, products should be returned unopened, unused and in their original condition. Certain statutory exceptions may apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at ArtOliveltd@gmail.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Product storage and use
Our olive oil should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat and should be used in accordance with the information provided on the product label.
Customers are responsible for checking product information and suitability before use, including any information shown on the packaging.
Website information
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we may update product information, prices, availability, delivery information or other website content from time to time.
Nothing on this website is intended to provide medical or nutritional advice.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or legal requirements. The version that applies to an order will be the version in force when that order is placed.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
